Course Description

Course Aim: -    To develop impactful leadership that would bring relevant transformation and solution to problems in generations. 

Course Goal: - reproducing model leadership to bridge generations.

Objectives: -

i. To impart a passionate heart for model leadership

ii. To become and reproduce approved workman with integrity in organizations

iii. To draft commitment for actions - short and long term goal for model transformation in our lives and society


Course Contents

Day 1 Introduction and preliminaries

Day 2 Case Studies of Model Leaders 

Models  such as King David who struggled and prevailed over hatred, war and human limitations. Queen Esther as a model woman leader who prevail in a male dominated world as a wife and a deliverer of her people

Day 3 Case Studies of Contemporary Model Leaders such Gamaliel Onosode who uphold Upright Business Ethics and Nelson Mandela who struggled for liberation of the blacks in South Africa

Day 4 Guided Inquiries of Participants Model Leaders. Participants would be given questionnaire to discuss with their choice model leaders.

Day 5  Africa Enigma and Leadership Solutions: A Book Reflection and Review written by Tokunbo Adeyemo

 

Methodology:

Teaching principal truth

Reading assignments of recommended books or portions

Interactive discussions
